Hello All! I've been rather absent lately. I hope you are all well!
Apart from work, I've also been enjoying putting together this...a video comprising:
(1) the verses of the Tao Te Ching (pronounced Daodejin) by Lao-Tzu (Laozi), rendered in haiku form,
(2) a selection of paintings of female beauty by Jia Lu ("Departures" pictured).
(3) the traditional Chinese instrumental piece "Return of the Fishing Boat".
Enjoy!

Woah ! Now it is there, and how lovely indeed.
ReplyDeleteThat was really lovely, okei, what a wealth of wisdom and beauty! We probably used a different program as far as the text goes, I was trying out camtasia and I do recommend it, 30 days free trial, I sense a few more attempts coming up. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the info and happy you liked it :-) I think maybe it's a bit too fast and a bit too much in one go, like the whole book...it would be better slower and being read aloud, maybe by more than one person? Hint, hint, lol. Ah, just kidding. I did this in the most complicated way, by making a photobook with captions, then printing the pdf to image files and finally using Picasa to put the images into a video. For the last step and adding audio, I now know that iMovie is ideal. For the rest, your tip sounds useful if only for 30 days.
